Peter Sargalski

As Vice President of Design at Overproof, Peter Sargalski brings 14 years of experience and a user-first approach to development. Peter is an experienced interface specialist, skilled in UX/UI, design, interaction design, art direction and front-end development. He has worked with a broad range of organizations from global B2B companies to technology start-ups, designing software in various industries including aerospace, boating and education. Prior to joining Overproof, Peter was Lead UI/UX Designer at Boats Group, where he oversaw a team of designers and front-end developers responsible for user-facing design and testing for the company’s four holds a B.A. in Graphic Design from Florida Atlantic University.

Nick Nistico

Nick Nistico is a seven-time national bartending champion and BAR 5 graduate with more than 20 years of industry experience, including executive positions at Charmer Sunbelt, Wirtz Beverage, and Breatkthru Beverage. In March, Nick joined the Overproof team to spearhead CompanyToast. After six months of exceptional performance, including helping to create more than $500k in income for bartenders, Nick was promoted to Vice President of Sales. He know leads the effort to bring the Sixdots and Overproof products to market.

The New York native has extensive experience in the fine wine industry, including positions as a sommelier, wine director, in distribution, imports, and beverage alcohol technology leadership. She currently resides in the St. Petersburg, Florida, area.

His expertise is critical in monitoring data quality and exploring new technologies to keep our platform at the forefront of innovation. Prior to joining Overproof, Christian was VP of Engineering and Architecture at Sensentia.
