Sunday, September 12th
On Sunday, September 12th, the conference will open with a Marketplace Sponsor setup in Ballroom E-F that will run from 8 am to 4 pm. The first Innovation Forum will begin at 3 pm with a speech by Melisssa Wilson, Principal of Technomic. Her forum will focus on how COVID-19 has impacted the industry and what to expect moving forward. Next, a panel consisting of Jonathan Maze, Editor-in-Chief of Restaurant Business, Aaron Noveshen, CEO of Starbird and Founder of The Culinary Edge, Atul Sood, Chief Business Officer of Kitchen United, and James Walker, Senior Vice President of Restaurant’s Nathan’s Famous, will discuss ghost kitchens and ways restaurants can capitalize on this innovation. At 5 pm, participants will be welcomed to the dinner and reception.
Monday, September 13th
